Begins and jamāʿah
Begins is the moment the prayer enters and you may pray it on your own. Jamāʿah is the time the congregation stands together. The two are not the same, and it is the jamāʿah you need if you are setting off to join us.
Sunrise has no jamāʿah, so its second column is left empty rather than filled with a repeated time. Maghrib’s jamāʿah follows its adhān, so both columns show the same time.
